If you feel that you can't provide these basic puppy needs you may not be ready for a puppy. It takes a lot of love, time and patience to train a puppy. You should also ask yourself, if you are ready for the added expense of owning a new puppy and the upkeep of him/her. I hate to see any dogs being turned over to a shelter, so please make sure that you are ready for a puppy before purchasing one. This is just a few of the necessities of owning a dog. Also, check with your county and state for the laws, licenses and taxes concerning owning a dog where you live.
